A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandiyal has set aside an Islamabad High Court verdict declaring the arrest of Imran Khan from high court premises as valid. Imran Khan has been directed to appear in person before the high court again for a bail petition that could not be filed due to his arrest.
