Pakistan’s chief justice Umer Atta Bandiyal who along with four fellow judges are monitoring investigations into murder of journalist Arshad Sharif on Tuesday refused an application by mother of them Slained journalist. The mother had requested chief justice to order police to investigate former PM Imran Khan and four others who had claimed to have known about killers of Arshad Sharif. The five judges bench refused to pass any order on this application and verbally asked the lawyer of the applicant to approach police for the purpose.
