Contrary to initial enthusiasm about trial of civilians in military court the top court bench headed by Chief Justice Omer Ata Bandiyal has suddenly slowed down proceedings in the matter. When Attorney General Bartister Omer Ata Bandiyal warned the judges that arch rival neighboring India may exploit judges’ remarks or any decision in the case relating to its soldier spy arrested by Pakistan, the judges adjourned the matter indefinitely.
