In an interesting legal predicament for the Supreme Court the newly appointed chief justice Qazi Faez Isa led three judges bench has reserved a verdict on a petition seeking public access to information relating to the Supreme Court employees. The apex court is hearing an appeal against the Islamabad High Court judgement which declared that the Supreme Court is not included among the courts which are bound by a parliament made law that required public access to court records as a right to information.
