In an interesting move fraught with legal and political consequences the fragile interim government of Pakistan has announced a probe into political activities of top military officials. The announcement came from the country’s Attorney General who told a three judges apex court bench that the 4 years old Supreme Court verdict will be implemented as the review appeals filed by the government are now being sought to be withdrawn.
