Almost 5 years after Supreme Court judgement, seeking payment of Rs 460 billion rupees form Bahria Town Karachi as cost of government land illegally given to and developed by Bahria Town, it’s owner Malik Riaz asks Supreme Court for equal treatment under law as his rival DHA had been given similar land for a meagre price of Rs about 2 billion rupees only. A three member bench headed by chief justice Qazi Faez Isa will hear the case on Wednesday wherein another scandalous development is also likely to be discussed involving transfer of 190 million British pound from UK to Pak govt that illegally landed into accounts of Malik Riaz before being transferred to accounts of Supreme Court as his liability in the same case.
