Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday reopened cases of country’s biggest property tycoon Malik Riaz four years after its judgement binding him to pay 460 billion rupees in seven years. Riaz was told to pay the amount as a differential of actual market price of land given to his project in Karachi and the meagre official price he paid as a favour by the then provincial government of Sindh.
