Pakistan’s transition caretaker government has constituted a so called Fact Finding Committee under pressure from a five years old apex court order to high remained in implemented till now. The Fact Finding committee will probe into apex court findings of 2019 wherein the armed forces were directed to take action action against armed forces personnel allegedly involved in a religious party protest sit-in that destabilised the civilian government. In its last hearing on implementation of its verdict the Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa led 3 judges bench had questioned government’s failure to implement the five years old verdict.
