A dissenting minority note released by Supreme Court in a 2 to 1 majority judgement against amendments in accountability law, declared that judges and generals are not exempted in accountability law that has so far been invoked against the politicians and bureaucracy. The dissenting note is released ahead of a five judges hearing tomorrow that will for the first time hear an appeal against apex court’s own judgement about the accountability law.
