The owner of a posh housing project near Islamabad international airport, Top City, Moeez Ahmed Khan has moved the Supreme Court of Pakistan invoking top court’s human rights enforcement jurisdiction. The petitions directly accuses former chief of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) General retired Faiz Hameed of abusing his powers to illegally raid housing project offices and houses of the owners, stealing gold worth millions of rupees, illegally kidnapping and detaining him and his family members to pressurise him to take vp from of the precious housing project. the three judges bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa has disposed off the petitions with observations that the petitioners May approach other legal forums including the defense ministry for redressal of their complaints.
