A three judges bench of Supreme Court today announced that all the objections or appeals against the delimitation of electoral constituencies in courts or election commission across Pakistan are no more effective and stand disposed off. The court accepted an appeal against a Balochistan High Court order that had declared as illegal the delimitation of two constituencies in Balochistan. The court said that after announcement of election schedule no further hearings should take place on objections or appeals before courts or commission. #MJtv talks to Advocate Masoom Khan Kakar and Advocate Afnan Karim Kundi, who represented two sides in the case.
