A six judges judicial council constitutionally empowered to remove a judge for misconduct has decided to finally determine if the probe should stop after resignation of an accused judge. The proceedings were scheduled today to record evidence of corruption against Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi of the Supreme Court but he resigned yesterday. The Attorney General Barrister Mansoor Usman Awan endorsed the view that the question needs to be addressed first. #MJtv has the details.
