A 6 member Supreme Court bench today heard arguments from bar associations on how to prevent alleged interference by intelligence agencies in judicial process. The hearing comes after an unprecedented letter signed by six judges of Islamabad High Court detailing harrowing instances of judges and their family members being intimidated by military’s intelligence agency -the ISI.
