In a detailed written order Pakistan’s Supreme Court judges has refused a request for live telecast of a public interest proceeding which included possibility of prominent politician Imran Khan addressing the court in person. The apex court bench headed by Chief Qazi Faez Isa rejected a plea by Khan’s ruling party in Khyber Pukhtoonkhawa province that the proceeding be shown live inspite of the fact that same proceeded were shown live twice before Imran Khan joined the same to argue in person. #MJtv gives detailed analysis of the logic and reasoning given by judges to reject the plea.
