Pakistan’s Supreme Court has acquitted two parliamentarians (Senator Faisal Vawda & member National Assembly Mustafa Kamal) after they unconditionally apologised for their contemptuous press conference against judges. However a three judges bench headed by Chief Justice Faez Isa today levelled wild allegations against media, accused them of being greedy for money in airing such press conferences and issued contempt of court show cause notices to over 30 TV channels for doing the same.
