The election commission seems to be reluctant in fully implementing Supreme Court verdict in special seats case. The commission has filed an application to 8 judges of apex court who had given 8 to 5 majority judgement in special seats case asking them to clarify who to contact in PTI for verification of elected members as per their majority order. Now if the Supreme Court clarifies in writing then the commission will weaken its main review application yet to be filed wherein the same question had to be decided by 13 judges full court.
