In an interesting development a PTI member of Punjab Assembly Latif Nazar who was accused of 09 May attacks on military installations walks out freely from Supreme Court as the case was adjourned due to lawyers indisposition. The two member apex court bench comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah simply adjourned the case without any categoric bail grant orders in an appeal where denial of bail by Lahore High Court was challenged.
Latif Nazar’s lawyer Advocate Irshad Janjua talks to #MJtv and maintains that in absence of categoric bail orders by the apex court mere presence of a wanted person in apex court room automatically exempted him from arrest till next date of hearing.
