Soon after govt’s controversially passed 26th constitutional amendment a govt minister Rana Sanaullah has triggered a new controversy. While a plain reading of the new amendment states that if any of the top three judges refused to be appointed as chief justice of Pakistan the remaining two judges would be considered, the minister said the judge fourth in the seniority will be considered for the office.
