A day after being nominated as the next Chief Justice of Pakistan by a politicians packed parliamentary committee Justice Yahya Afridi seems to have accepted the offer. Afridi is at third position among the three most senior judges of the apex court and is the first to have been nominated by a parliamentary committee under the recently and controversially passed 26th constitutional amendment.
