Pakistan’s Supreme Court on Monday released its final written order in a four years old case that saw imposition of Rs 460 billion rupees liability on country’s biggest estate builder Bahria Town. The order declared that Bahria Town has defaulted on its obligations consented to as part of an apex court judgement in 2019.
