Pakistan’s Supreme Court on Monday released its final written order in a four years old case that saw imposition of Rs 460 billion rupees liability on country’s biggest estate builder Bahria Town. The order declared that Bahria Town has defaulted on its obligations consented to as part of an apex court judgement in 2019. As a result the matter will now be taken over by Pakistan’s biggest anti-graft authority know as the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). #MJtv gives details with background of the legal battle that has apparently landed power Bahria Town owner in trouble.
