A five member bench of Pakistan’s Supreme Court has passed an order restraining a judicial commission from probing into audio tapes involving judges and their family members. The order was issued by the apex court’s 5 member bench headed by chief justice Umer Ata Bandiyal whose mother in law is part of the conversation in the leaked audio tapes which show her liking for the opposition leader and ousted prime minister Imran Khan.
