Pak judges defy parliament, refuse to follow the law and give no judicial reason or suspend the same

Three judges of Pakistan’s Supreme Court refuse to constitute larger bench to hear a political case in spite of the law passed by the parliament and yet give no judicial reasons for their defiance. Parliament passed a second law in a month that required the Supreme Court to form a larger bench for hearing a challenge to its verdict in a politically sensitive case. A chief justice led 8 judges bench earlier held an emergency hearing to suspend a somewhat similar law but this time chief justice lead three member bench didn’t even suspend the second law and refused to follow it by constituting a larger bench.
