STORY BRIEF:
This is an extended duration exclusive interview of a Pakistani woman Zeenia Satti who life has been devastated by her husband an alleged American military spy. Her life story unravels a spy plot that begins from her American school days where her would be husband proposed her. Her ordeal apparently ended with mysterious death of her husband. However subsequent response of the American government and diplomats about benefits due to her as a widow of a killed-in-action American military officer seems to have been typical of a post 9/11 scenario.
But in Pakistan too she had to fight for her inherited property in posh E 7 sector of Islamabad. This fight took her to Supreme Court where she as a single mother is accompanied by her only son Rana Shahzeb, 26. The apex court handed over to her the possession of her inherited house. The house however mysteriously remains without furniture where she lives in a strange environment with no basic facilities. Zeenia complains that some politicians belonging to her family – relatives of former prime minister Imran Khan- are desperate to deprive her of the property through legal trickery in connivance with some judges. #MJtv sat down with her to bring out her real life story which is as dramatic as any Hollywood film story can be.
