The Supreme Court of Pakistan is likely to conclude its full court hearing of petitions against a parliament made law that attempts to regulate practise and procedure of benches. A 15 judges bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will be hearing Attorney General for Pakistan tomorrow on the question if parliament could regulate practise and procedure of bench formation and give eight to appeal against orders of apex courts under direct human rights jurisdiction.
