The Supreme Court had decided almost six years ago that National Bank of Pakistan will pay increased pension to its employees. But the bank filed a review petition against the apex court verdict that has not been decided by the apex court for the last six years and bank pensioners can’t even have their case fixed for hearing. Today the employees were shocked to know that a Supreme Court bench which was to hear their case on 15 Nov after a three years gap will not be hearing it due to an ailing and aged lawyer of the bank they were shocked. #MJtv talked to the employees and their lawyer Advocate Salman Akram Raja about this development.
